Manage subscriptions page lacks fine control of the two notification states

there is not provided fine enough control over two different states:

1. Subscribed and notifications still coming.
2. Subscribed but notifications paused until user visits topic again.

(State 2 is after getting this email: "You are receiving this notification
because you are watching the topic, XYZ. This topic has received a reply
by ABC since your last visit. You can use the following link to view the
replies made, no more notifications will be sent until you visit the
topic.")

He might have 23 topics in state 1 and 14 in state 2, and not have the
emails from last year still around to tell which are in which state.

Therefore the Manage subscriptions page needs more checkboxes then at
present. The only other place to put such choices might be
http://www.try-phpbb.com/31x/ucp.php?i=ucp_notifications&mode=notification_list
but that would entail another 23 + 14 items there.
