Memberlist profile fields headlines not computed from same way as data

The headlines for profile fields in the memberlist are not collected the same way as profile fields data. So, if someone modifies the data, the headline remains unaltered, and therefore not aligned with content.
It should either take headlines from profile fields data, or at least, provide an event so that the same modification may be applied to the headlines as to the data.
