Only reports top level WHOIS IP for a user in ACP

    Description

      whois.arin.net now have two spaces after the colon on their ReferralServer line and currently only one space is allowed for. Therefore the code never moves to the next whois server, and only returns the whois.arin.net WHOIS information, even though there may be more specific information.
