Description

Already fixed in 3.2 but the changes cannot be backported to 3.1 because the BBCode engine is different. This ticket tracks the 3.1 fix.

It also fixes an issue in 3.2 where deep quotes are not immediately removed when quoting old posts, because of the different BBCode engines.
