Quote error..

in phpbb 3.1 and indeed the older 3.0., when quoting another member, the post should not bring in previous quotes that exceeds the Maximum nesting depth set for quotes.

For example, if you set nest depth to 1 in the ACP, it should only bring in the last quote and no more. Currently, you get an error and you have to manually remove older quotes to avoid an error stating that you have exceeded the quote limit.. This used to happen in 3.0.. but i see it's not been fixed.

Hope you don't mind me saying but this is a bug as i'm concerned.
