Always show "Display this post" for foes

Consider the following scenario:

1) User A has User B in his foes list
2) While User A writes a reply for a topic User B has posted a reply.
3) User A submits the reply, In post review he gets the info that he is ignoring User B, but unlike when viewing a topic, there is no link for "Display this post"
