"Who is online" always show members on "Index page" when we use additionnal language packs

Hi,

When we use an additional language packs (FR, ES...), the "Who is online" always show members on the "index page".

This issue doesn't affects "bots" and "guest".

How to reproduce?

• Install a board and create some forums and subforums
• Install 1 (or more) additionnal styles
• Install 1 (or more) additionnal language packs
• Create 1 account "test_member"
• Change the default style and default language for "test_member"
• Connect to the board with your Admin account and "test_member" (with 2 separate browser)
• With the admin account go to "Who is online"
• With the test account go to a subforums
  => "Who is online" always show "Index page"

If you define "English Bristish" as default language for "test_users", "Who is online" works as expected.
