Description

Occurs only when the selected authentication method is LDAP.
Administration Panel- Authentication ( selected: LDAP )
value of 'base dn' doesn't display ( entered and submitted earlier)

Reason: variable name mismatch

variable in function get_acp_template( auth\provider\ldap.php)
AUTH_LDAP_DN

but
variable in adm\style\auth_provider_style.html
AUTH_LDAP_BASE_DN
