    Description

      Function decode_message() in includes/functions_posting.php incorrectly decodes www type URLs.
      Steps to reprodice:
      1) Post www type URL like www.phpbb.com
      2) Edit the post, you'll get http://www.phpbb.com instead of www.phpbb.com.
