Bot lists in functions_convert.php and install_install.php do not match

functions_convert.php seems to have been neglected when updating the list of bots. The (duplicate) code that handles the insertion of the bots should be moved into functions_install.php, thereby removing the separate lists and avoiding this issue entirely in the future.
