Description
Making one click in vain just to show the dropdown menu's ads some tiny difficulty/uncomfortability when accessing the site for the user. So, i suggest the Quick links menu, and all other menus to be displayed on mouse-over, like it does n the phpbb.com buttons, like About, Downloads, etc...
