Post Disapproval Reason Not Showing in Email

When we disapprove a post of a user, we can see in the MCP "Last 5 Logged Actions" that the post was disapproved and what the reason was.

However, when the user looks at their notification, or reads the email they get, they get "The following reason was given for the disapproval:" with blank space after it. No reason.

I've deleted and re-added the reason codes but this didn't resolve the problem.

What's interesting though, is if I use one of the built-in reasons. (i.e "Other") It works correctly.

Note, the contents of the additional info box don't get copied through either when using a custom reporting reason.

I've also noticed that the built-in "Other" option that's localised seems to work fine.
