Incorrect entities used for breadcrumb separator in CSS

Breadcrumb arrow uses '‹' that should be replaced with entity '\2039'.

Arrow requires UTF support in editor, so editing css file with it might result in mess, but entity is supported by all browsers and works in all editors regardless of encoding.
