"Save Draft" fails if post is started as user "anonymous"

    Description

      If a user starts a new post while "anonymous", then logs in when requested, and attempts to save the draft, it fails with the message "The forum you selected does not exist.". This appears to be caused by incorrect writing of the redirect URL, e.g.,
      "posting.php?amp%3Bf=22&amp%3Bp=968868&amp%3Bt=90741&..."
