Custom style from 3.0.x not available after migrating to 3.1.x

Using a custom style on 3.0.x and then migrating to 3.1.x (where that style is not available) results in a missing style error, with no ability to reach the ACP and reset it.

The ideal solution would be to fall back to prosilver if another style is unavailable.
