      the error message should clearly state which file and directory need to be writable. but it just says

      "Fatal error: Uncaught exception 'RuntimeException' with message 'Unable to write to migrator log file' in /home/pcsosnat/public_html/CEO/phpbb/db/log_wrapper_migrator_output_handler.php:67 Stack trace: #0 /home/pcsosnat...."
