Sphinx index() function triggers slow queries that time out replies

It seems that the query in https://github.com/phpbb/phpbb/blob/develop-ascraeus/phpBB/phpbb/search/fulltext_sphinx.php#L698 is entirely missing a WHERE clause and simply selecting all posts of all topics joined with all other posts which can be millions of results.
