Bots/Robots don't migrate to the default style.

Previously in 3.0.x when you selected a style other than the default styles with override style active all users migrated to the new style in USED BY (INCLUDING ROBOTS). This doesn't appear to be the case with RC3. The "USED BY (INCLUDING ROBOTS)" remains with prosilver and deactivating prosilver has no effect. I did two fresh installs and both times it was the same. I don't know if this is intentional? I checked ACP> System> Spiders/Robots and all bots retain prosilver as their style unless you manually change it. The attached image attempts to show what I mean.

Edit: I tried it with Subsilver2 as well and it appears to be the same.
