      Description

      Add core event to the function upload_attachment() in functions_posting.php to provide ability for extensions to perform additional actions on uploaded files, like resizing etc.

        I think this is the wrong place to do that.
        As "gallery ext" developer I do not want another app to mess with my gallery files.

        So the events should be in the place that calls the methods instead.

        Hmm. Ok, let's see if it will work in functions_posting.php function upload_attachment() where move_file() is being called.
