Use compounded CSS classes for topic status instead of predefined icons

For 3.2

Instead of:
<li class="row bg2 announce"><dl class="icon announce_read_locked_mine">

We should move to:
<li class="row bg2 announce read locked mine"><dl class="icon">

This will allow style authors much more control over the styling of topic rows.
