Restore Search Links on index page

These search links should be restored on the index page in their original location. They were moved to a drop-down quick links menu, which is fine, but on the index page they should still ALSO be available where thousands of us have relied on them being for years.

They are a single click entry point for many/most users who hop onto their favorite board and want to immediately go to the new or active posts.

Tucking them away in a quick links menu is fine (and nice that they are now available board wide because of that) but their old positions on the index page should also have been retained. Eliminating them from the index page feels like a frustrating step backwards.
