Make the font color palette in ACP same as Prosilver

The font color palette in the ACP appears to be a vestige of subsilver2. It really makes the layout of the post editor in the ACP look bad!

I suggest the font color palette in the ACP should function as it does in Prosilver. It should be hidden, and revealed when clicking on the color button, and it should be horizontally oriented and placed the same as prosilver.
