Posting editor tab "attachments" is unclicked in IE8

With IE8 (under WinXP) in posting editor you add a "attachment" and press "add the file".

After the file was successfully uploaded, the tab "options" is focused and not the tab "attachments", so you have to click on the tab again to setup options for the attachments like "place inline".
