Improve pagination styling and jump-to-page dialog

    Description

      The current pagination is incredibly small and has numerous vertical alignment issues. Even though the buttons are slightly larger in responsive-mode, they still are very small.

      Also the "jump-to-page" feature could be significantly improved. Removing the alert popup seems like a step in the right direction.
