Enable the Symfony Profiler when we use the routing

The Symfony HttpKernel provide a Profiler, which is a powerful and modular debug tool. Some modules are already provided to track the events calls or the routing chain per example.

It could be very useful to enable and integrate this tool and some modules in phpBB.
