CONTACT_USER used with username

In beta 3

'CONTACT_USER' => 'Contact',

was added in common.php

The var is used both in the short profiles
<strong>

{L_CONTACT_USER}{L_COLON}</strong>

and the full profile
<h3>{L_CONTACT_USER}

{USERNAME}

</h3>

The last one is not useable for translation. We need a string with parameter as
