Add new inline loading indicator for the AJAXify function

There are certain cases where the existing loading indicator is too obtrusive to be used, such as the proposed member live search. A smaller indicator should be added that can be placed inline for these situations. It should be managed the same way as the existing indicator, just with a new option for where it should be inserted into.
