Responsive tabs broken in IE

The ACP "more" tab dropdown displays correctly, however, clicking on any of the links in dropdown simply causes the dropdown to close instead of following the link.

The dropdown in the UCP has a scrollbar and creates a gap between the tabs and the container. Clicking on any of the links causes the tabs to collapse, leaving only the active tab and the "more" tab.
