Description

While writing tests for my extension,
I stumbled accross a weird bug in testsuite > exclude with phpunit 3.7
https://github.com/sebastianbergmann/phpunit/issues/928

Would be nice if we can update phpunit to 3.8 or later so exclusion is working as intended.
