Infinite loop in schema generator if dependency can't be resolved

The schema generator will try to create a schema array out of the provided schema files. If one of the dependencies of the schema files can't be resolved, it will always check if there are open dependencies and then skip on to the next element in the array which will be the same element or another unresolvable dependency. This will cause an infinite loop until PHP or the user cancels the build.
