Buttons are mis-matched, unaligned in ACP Style Details

Buttons are using mismatched padding in the ACP in some areas.

Pictured below is from the Style Details page.

Submit button is an input button. Back button is a <a> button. Both have different padding/margin specs.

Padding/margin specs for buttons in the ACP should be more uniform.
