Make Extension Details page more readable

The font sizes are just plain too small in the extensions details page. This is because they are using the p tags on them inside a field set (which is set to 85% font size).

All throughout the rest of the ACP text inside field sets are wrapped in span tags and are the "normal" size.

This should be done in the extensions details as well.
