Adjust a script to export the events in wiki format

Currently the script for exporting events to wiki format checks for events which parameters are defined in a separate $vars variable (array).

Some events added to the core now have parameters defined right inside the compact() call.

Thus, the script needs to be adjusted to export both events implementations into wiki format.
