Language file Modules needs to be added to acp_extensions

When de-installing an extension that previously installed modules and an error occurs when de-installing those moduiles too the module language vars aren't loaded so a phpbb debug error occurs...

Solution is to add the acp/modules language file to [root]includes/acp/acp_extensions.php @ line 40
