Enabling/Disabling/Data deleting of an extension should generate a log entry

When installing an extension in acp that gave an installation error no loglines are written to the admin log file. When installed succesfully however the log shows the success lines.

As far as i can see the error shown when installing an exstension is created inside twig and not caught by a phpbb trigger_error although i didn't dive into it very much...
