Keyboard shortcut alt+h doesn't work properly in firefox

The attribute accesskey="h" is in prosilver declared twice which should not be a problem since it's always the same page, but per standard it is not allowed and it seems that firefox really care about that.

It's present in overall_header.html and overall_footer.html
