Extensions that install modules being disabled don't completely disable module

When an extension installs a module (that shows for example in the .MODS tab inside the acp everything works fine. When the extension is disabled, the module stays active, but the language files aren't inside the user->lang array anymore resulting in template vars being shown.

Correct behaviour should be to disable all modules installed with the extension too i guess...
