Show comment box for uploaded files after uploading with plupload

Without plupload users are able to add a comment for their uploaded file and add inline attachments. This is not possible with the current plupload implementation and might confuse users. Some try to drag and drop the files into the posting window which obviously doesn't work. Clicking on files just cause them to get deleted. There is definitely some front-end issue for a standard user here.
