      Send the emails by default as html.. Maybe add an option in email setting @ acp to switch to plain text.. A lot of people are wanting to send html emails nowadays.. A mod that was available has been abandoned.. So, i believe it is relevant to send html emails by default..

      The modified functions_messenger has been attached for reference...
