Missing Files after 3.1.0-A1 Automatic Updater

Ran the Automatic Updater from 3.0.12 to 3.1.0-A1.

The updater did not add the following new files/folders to Prosilver and Subsilver2, resulting in missing icons!

/styles/prosilver/theme/en/*

Missing these files inside that folder:
icon_contact_pm.gif
icon_post_edit.gif
icon_post_quote.gif
icon_user_online.gif
stylesheet.css

/styles/subsilver2/theme/en/*

Missing these files inside that folder:
button_pm_new.gif
button_pm_reply.gif
button_topic_locked.gif
button_topic_new.gif
button_topic_reply.gif
icon_contact_aim.gif
icon_contact_email.gif
icon_contact_icq.gif
icon_contact_jabber.gif
icon_contact_msnm.gif
icon_contact_pm.gif
icon_contact_www.gif
icon_contact_yahoo.gif
icon_post_delete.gif
icon_post_edit.gif
icon_post_info.gif
icon_post_quote.gif
icon_post_report.gif
icon_user_offline.gif

They are included in the updater, but were not added when I ran the update. And I was able to successfully complete the update process... It is as if they were ignored by the Automatic Updater.
