ACP should warn if there is no search index created for the selected search engine

      Description

      As we delete the search index on the update (due to changes in the structure of the search indexzies), we should warn the user in the acp about it.

          It should also be mentioned in the docs, that we deleted some of the Search Indexes and they might be required to be regenerated.

          While it should be quite easy to implement this check, there is another problem.
          When the index is deleted, and 1 post is made (in a million post forum) we do not know, whether all or only 1 post is indexes.
