Cancelling PHPUnit may result in loss of the testing database

MySQL and MSSQL databases are dropped and recreated completely between tests. This has the unfortunate side-effect of leaving the user without a testing database if PHPUnit exits at the wrong moment, requiring him/her to manually recreate the database. This becomes tedious if it happens often, and makes testing take even longer.
