When a user posts in a forum that does not increase post count, then it gets moved to one that does, the post count does not update. For example, if the user has 0 posts, posts a topic where it will not increase, it does not update to 1 when the topic gets moved. Same goes for if a topic goes from a section that increases count to one that does not.
phpBB needs to change it so post count updates accordingly.
