Description

THE UCP section is in need of events so extensions can add user-level controls and options, and are needed in the following sections of the UCP:

Board Preferences -> Edit Global Settings (ucp_prefs.php)
Board Preferences -> Edit Posting Defaults (ucp_prefs.php)
Board Preferences -> Edit Display Options (ucp_prefs.php)
