    Description

      There are few issues with linkslist class:

      • Each link should be in its own list item, which is not the case for many links (UCP links in header, links at start of index_body)
      • Bulletin should be moved to pseudo element instead of being added after link, preventing multiple IF checking in templates and allowing style authors to style it
