Always clone Ajax disable images to avoid problems if they are used multiple times on the same page

If the ajax row_up/row_down are used multiple times, the disable images disappear in the first set, as soon as you move items in the second set.

Currently there is no such case in phpBB, but it is the case when teampage/legend positions are handled by ajax.
