MCP topic/post approval error

      Ensure there is a topic and a post requiring approval.
      Approve the topic in the MCP, confirm and allow meta to Moderation queue. Check Posts awaiting approval and there will not be one.
      Reentering the MCP -> Moderation queue will now show the post needing approval.
