Jumpbox should use "get" method

Currently jumpbox.html is using method="post" in both prosilver and subsilver2 styles. This results in forum_id not appended to the URL in viewforum page - when user presses button and then refreshes resulting viewforum page user is presented with browser window about resending information for no apparent reason.

To fix, change method to "get".
