Dropdown CPF now shows in profile when no value is selected

Previously, when no value was selected, the field was not shown in the profile. Now, it shows the default value.

To reproduce:
Dropdown CPF
Publicly display profile field: Yes
Display in user control panel/viewtopic: Yes
Required field: No

Add these 3 entries:
NONE SELECTED
OPTIONA
OPTIONB

(On the next page "Profile type specific options")
Default value: NONE SELECTED
Option equal to non entered value: NONE SELECTED

NONE SELECTED will now be shown for that field in the user's profile.
