Change HTML files in docs/ to use no more than X chars per line

The current situation is annoying because:

• Diffs are hard to read on Github because of horizonal scrolling
• Too much data on one line makes git blame less useful

Suggesting:

• Every sentence should start on its own line.
• No more than X (80, 100, 120) characters per line.
